終糸硬膜部；尾骨靱帯；外終糸【しゅうしこうまくぶ；びこつじんたい；がいしゅうし】 Threadlike end of the dura mater that extends from S2 or S3 to the dorsal side of the second coccygeal vertebra. It is attached to the terminal filum.(脊髄硬膜は、大（後頭）孔の下縁から始まり第二仙椎の高さまで続く閉鎖された管である。硬膜の尾側縁は、終糸のまわりを囲む細い線維性の紐状物となり、尾骨靱帯を形成する。この靱帯は、尾側に伸びて尾骨と尾骨の骨膜に移行する。脊髄の下端は、第一腰椎の下縁の高さで終わる。硬膜は、脊髄神経根を包んで外側に走り、神経根を取り囲む神経周膜に移行する。)
