後外側溝；背外側溝（脊髄の）Posterolateral sulcus of spinal cord; Dorsolateral sulcus of spinal cord(Sulcus posterolateralis medullae spinalis)

後外側溝；背外側溝（脊髄の）【こうがいそくこう；はいがいそくこう（せきずいの）】 Longitudinal groove on the surface of the spinal cord overlying the border between the lateral and posterior funiculi. Entry site of the posterior roots of the spinal nerve.(脊髄の後外側溝は後正中溝の両側にある縦溝。つまり後索と側索を分けている。脊髄神経後根の出口。)
