後中間溝；背側中間溝（脊髄の）Posterior intermediate sulcus of spinal cord; Dorsal intermediate sulcus of spinal cord(Sulcus intermedius posterior medullae spinalis)

後中間溝；背側中間溝（脊髄の）【こうちゅうかんこう；はいそくちゅうかんこう（せきずいの）】 Shallow longitudinal groove on both sides of the posterior median sulcus. It marks the boundary between the gracile and cuneate fasciculi.(脊髄の後中間溝は正中溝の両側にある縦溝。薄束と楔状束との境界を外面から示す。)
