後外側核；背外側核（脊髄の）Posterolateral nucleus of spinal cord; Dorsolateral nucleus of spinal cord(Nucleus posterolateralis medullae spinalis)

後外側核；背外側核（脊髄の）【こうがいそくかく；はいがいそくかく（せきずいの）】 Nucleus located behind the anterolateral nucleus in spinal cord segments C5-T1 and L2-S2. It innervates the muscles of the limbs.(第５頚髄節から第１胸髄節および第２腰髄節から第２仙髄節で腹外側核の後方にみられる。四肢の筋肉を支配する。)
