後後外側核；後背外側核（脊髄の）Retroposterior lateral nucleus of spinal cord; Retrodorsal lateral nucleus of spinal cord; Retrodorsolateral nucleus(Nucleus retroposterolateralis medullae spinalis)

後後外側核；後背外側核（脊髄の）【こうこうがいそくかく；こうはいがいそくかく（せきずいの）】 Nucleus situated behind the posterolateral nucleus in spinal cord segments C8-T1 and SI-S3. It is responsible for innervation of the muscles of the limbs.(脊髄の後背外側核は前角（前柱）にみられる細胞群でＣ８－Ｔｈ１およびＳ１－Ｓ３にあり、背外側核の後方にある。)
