尖；後角尖；後柱稜（脊髄の後角の）【せん；こうかくせん；こうちゅうりょう（せきずいのこうかくの）】 Tip of the posterior horn. It is bounded anteriorly by the Lissauer's tract.(脊髄の後角尖は脊髄灰白質の膠様質に接し、大型神経細胞よりなる後角の先端部。)
