頭；後角頭；後柱頭（脊髄の）【とう；こうかくとう；こうちゅうとう（せきずいの）】 Part of the posterior horn that is bounded anteriorly by the apex. It is thicker in the cervical and thoracic regions of the spinal cord.(脊髄の後角頭は下部頚髄および胸髄で膨大下後角中間部。)
