胸髄核；背核；背側核Posterior thoracic nucleus; Dorsal thoracic nucleus(Nucleus thoracicus posterior; Nucleus dorsalis thoracici)

Clarke's column, nucleus; Stiling-Clarke's column, nucleus胸髄核；背核；背側核【きょうずいかく；はいかく；はいそくかく】 Column of nuclei at the base of the posterior horn, generally from C8 to L3. It partly belongs to the posterior spinocerebellar tract.(背核ともよび、一般にClarke柱あるいはClarke背核ともよばれている。Ｔ１からＬ３の高さまで中間帯の背内側に存在する細胞群で大、中、小の細胞から構成されている。大ないし中等大細胞の軸索は同側の側索の背外側部を上行する後脊髄小脳路となる。Clarke柱はその高さの後根線維を受けるが、胸髄上部の高さではC5以下C8の後根線維を、腰髄の高さではL4以下の後根線維を受ける。その入力は主にⅠａ群（筋紡錘由来の求心性線維）、Ⅱ群線維（腱器官由来の求心性線維）に由来する。)
