前正中裂；腹側正中裂（延髄の）【ぜんせいちゅうれつ；ふくそくせいちゅうれつ（えんずいの）】 Continuation of the anterior median fissure of the spinal cord that is covered by the decussation of pyramids.(延髄の前正中裂は延髄前面の正中部にある縦溝で脊髄の前正中裂と連続し、後盲孔で終わる。錐体交叉が横断する。)
