前外側溝；腹側外側溝（延髄の）Anterolateral sulcus of medulla; Ventrolateral sulcus of medulla(Sulcus anterolateralis medullae oblongatae)

前外側溝；腹側外側溝（延髄の）【ぜんがいそくこう；ふくそくがいそくこう（えんずいの）】 Groove lying lateral to the pyramid that contains the inferior olive. The roots of C1 lie directly below, at the level of the decussation of pyramids.(延髄の前外側溝は錐体の外側にある溝。舌下神経根がでる。)
