楔状束結節；楔状束核結節【けつじょうそくけつせつ；けつじょうそくかくけっせつ】 Enlargement at the end of the cuneate fasciculus produced by the cuneate nucleus.(楔状束結節は楔状束の延髄の上端にある細長い隆起、薄束結節の外側にある。また、後外側溝によって外側にある側索と隔てられている。内部に楔状束核をいれる。)
