歯状核；小脳外側核【しじょうかく；しょうのうがいそくかく】 Largest cerebellar nucleus. It resembles a folded pouch and is situated in the white substance of cerebellum.(歯状核は小脳核の中で最も外側にある最も大きい核。小脳半球の白質中に位置する。この核は横断切片では渦巻形の灰白質が袋状に並び、袋の口（歯状核門）が内側方に向かい、下オリーブ複合核によく似ている。核は主に大型で多くの分枝した樹状突起をもつ多極細胞よりなる。より内側に位置している球状核や栓状核とともに、上小脳脚または結合腕を形成する線維の主な起始をなす。)
