視床髄板内核；髄板内核【ししょうずいばんないかく；ずいばんないかく】 Two consecutive groups of nuclei situated in the internal medullary lamina, extending from the anterior pole of the thalamus to the posterior commissure. They send projections to the cortex and striatum.(視床髄板内核の特徴は、大脳皮質の広い範囲と線条体とに投射する点である。内髄板の中に分布している神経核を総称したもので、中心正中核（CM）、束傍核（Pf）、外側中心核（CL）、内側中心核（CeM）、中心傍核（Pc）が含まれる。中心正中核は大きな神経核で、背内側核と後内側腹側核の間にある。束傍核は、中心正中核の内側で、反屈束の近傍にある。髄板内核へは、網様体、青斑核、小脳、黒質、上丘、大脳基底核などの広い領域からの線維が入ってくる。脊髄視床路や三叉神経視床路も髄板内核に側枝をだしている。髄板内核からの線維は大脳皮質の広い範囲に投射しているほか、大脳基底核にも終止している。)
