脈絡糸球（側脳室の）Choroid enlargement of lateral ventricle(Glomus choroideum)

脈絡糸球（側脳室の）【みゃくらくしきゅう（そくのうしつの）】 Thickened portion of the choroid plexus in the atrium.(側脳室の頭頂部から側頭部への移行部では側脳室脈絡叢の発達が著しいため、とくにこの部分における脈絡叢の集団を脈絡糸球とよぶ。脈絡叢はギリシャの医学者Galenos(129-200頃）がウシやウマの脳を解剖してchoreide plegmata(=chorion-like plaited work)とよんだのに由来する。)
