眼窩枝（上顎神経の）【がんかし（じょうがくしんけいの）】 Two or three thin branches that pass through the inferior orbital fissure to the orbit before continuing through the bone to the posterior ethmoidal cells and sphenoidal sinus.(上顎神経の眼窩枝は２～３本の細い神経で下眼窩裂を経て眼窩に入り、さらに後篩骨孔を通って篩骨洞および蝶形骨洞の粘膜に分布する。)
