外側上後鼻枝（上顎神経の）Posterior superior lateral nasal branches of maxillary nerve(Rami nasales posteriores superiores laterales nervus maxillaris)

外側上後鼻枝（上顎神経の）【がいそくじょうこうびし（じょうがくしんけいの）】 Up to 10 thin branches that pass through the sphenopalatine foramen to the superior and middle nasal conchae and posterior ethmoidal cells.(上顎神経の外側上後鼻枝は約１０本程度の細い線維で、蝶口蓋孔を通り上・中鼻甲介、上・中鼻道や後篩骨洞を含む鼻腔の上後外側壁に分布する翼口蓋神経節の枝。)
