内側上後鼻枝（上顎神経の）【ないそくじょうごびし（じょうがくしんけいの）】 Two or three branches that pass through the sphenopalatine foramen to the superior portion of the nasal septum.(上顎神経の内側上後鼻枝は通常は鼻口蓋神経の枝で、蝶口蓋孔をでて鼻中隔の上部へいたる２ないし３本の枝で鼻中隔後上部に分布する翼口蓋神経節の枝。)
