後上歯槽枝；後上歯槽神経（上歯槽神経の）【こうじょうしそうし；こうじょうしそうしんけい（じょうしそうしんけいの）】 Two or three branches that pass through the alveolar foramina to the maxilla. They supply the maxillary sinus, molar teeth, and adjacent buccal gingiva.(上歯槽神経の後上歯槽枝は通常２本あり、上顎結節に沿って下り、歯肉および口腔粘膜の後部に分布するほか、歯槽管を通じて上顎洞の外側壁、大臼歯およびその頬側の歯肉へ分布する。)
