頬骨神経Zygomatic nerve(Nervus zygomaticus)

頬骨神経【きょうこつしんけい】 Nerve that divides in the pterygopalatine fossa. It passes through the inferior orbital fissure to the lateral wall of the orbital cavity and anastomoses with the lacrimal nerve.(翼口蓋窩から下眼窩裂を通り眼窩に入り、その外側壁で涙腺神経との交通枝を出し、のちに次の２枝分かれる。涙腺神経との結合により翼口蓋神経節よりの副交感神経線維が涙腺にいくことなる。)
