膝神経節Geniculate ganglion(Ganglion geniculi; Ganglion geniculatum)

膝神経節【しつしんけいせつ】 Equivalent of a spinal ganglion located at the geniculum of the facial nerve in the petrous part of the temporal bone. It contains pseudounipolar ganglion cells that form the chorda tympani.(錐体内で顔面神経膝の近くにあり脊髄神経節に相同なもで偽単極神経細胞を有する。鼓索神経から味覚線維をうける。)
