外側枝（頚神経後枝の）Lateral branch of posterior ramus of cervical nerve (Ramus lateralis ramus dorsalis (Nervus cervicalis))

外側枝（頚神経の後枝の）【がいそくし（けいしんけいのこうしの）】 Branch supplying the generally longer, autochthonous back muscles lying close to the ribs. It supplies the skin to a lesser extent in the cervical region.(脊髄神経後枝の外側枝は内側枝とともに脊髄神経後枝の最終枝。上胸部ではすべて筋に分布するが、下胸部では筋に分布した後、背中の皮膚に分布し純運動性である。)
