掌枝；掌側枝；手掌枝（尺骨神経の）【しょうし；しょうそくし；しゅしょうし（しゃくこつしんけいの）】 Nerve arising in the distal one-third of the forearm, piercing the deep fascia, and supplying the skin of the ulnar side of the palm.(尺骨神経の掌枝は前腕遠位部で分枝し、手掌の動脈に伴行して手に進入し、小枝の皮膚・第４指内側半・その近辺の手掌部の皮膚に分布する。)
