上腸間膜動脈神経叢Superior mesenteric plexus; Superior mesenteric nerve plexus(Plexus nervosus mesentericus superior)

上腸間膜動脈神経叢【じょうちょうかんまくどうみゃくしんけいそう】 Nerve plexus accompanying the superior mesenteric artery and its branches. It contains sympathetic fibers from the celiac plexus and parasympathetic fibers from the vagus nerve.(上腸間膜動脈神経叢は腹大動脈神経叢の一部で、腸に神経を送り、迷走神経とともに漿膜下、筋層間、および粘膜下神経叢を形成する自律神経叢。この動脈周囲の神経叢は非常に厚いため、超音波検査や他の画像検査で特徴的な血管周囲の「エリマキ」様の像を示し、上腸間膜動脈を静脈と区別することができる。)
