眼房水；房水Aqueous humor(Humor aquosus)

眼房水；房水【がんぼうすい；ぼうすい】 Fluid produced by the ciliary processes. It flows through the interstices of the ciliary zonule to the anterior surface of the lens and from there between the iris and lens and through the pupil into the anterior chamber. Total amount: 0.2-0.3 cm3. It is transparent, consisting of up to 98 % water, 1.4% sodium chloride, and trace amounts of protein and glucose. Its refractive index is 1.336.(眼房水は単に房水ともいい、毛様体上皮より分泌される弱アルカリ性の漿液。小帯隙、後および前眼房を潤したのち、虹彩角膜角隙を経て強膜静脈洞に流入する。主に前毛様体静脈に吸収されると推定される。)
