硝子体管Hyaloid canal(Canalis hyoloideus)

Cloquet's canal; Stiling's canal硝子体管【しょうしたいかん】 Canal spiraling in corkscrew fashion that dips inferiorly during its course. Its walls are formed by a condensation of fibers. It is a vestige of the embryonic hyaloid artery, extending from the optic disc to the posterior surface of the lens.(硝子体管は眼杯内板と水晶体胞で囲まれた硝子体腔は発生が進むにつれて拡大し、眼杯内板（網膜）から分泌されると考えられている無ｓｙくと梅井のゼリー様の物質（硝子体）で満たされている。この際、硝子体腔の中軸部を貫いている硝子体動脈のまわりに狭い空間を残す。この空間を硝子体管という。硝子体動脈が退化・消失した後も、この管はある器官存続する。)
