眼筋筋膜；筋膜（眼球の）【がんきんきんまく；きんまく（がんきゅうの）】 Sheaths of the Tenon's capsule that are reflected on the tendons and bellies of the six extra-ocular muscles.(眼筋筋膜は６本の眼筋の腱および腹膜を被う眼球鞘の嚢。眼瞼筋膜のうち、上斜筋膜の延長部は上眼瞼挙筋に、下斜筋膜の延長部は下瞼板に付着する。内および外側直筋膜の延長部は、それぞれ涙骨と頬骨に付着し、内・外側抑制靱帯または内・ガイソクしたいと呼ばれる。)
