後ツチ骨ヒダ【こうつちこつひだ】 Fold extending from the base of the handle of malleus as far as the posterosuperior portion of the tympanic ring. It contains the posterior portion of the chorda tympani.(ツチ骨柄の底部より鼓室輪の後上部へいたるヒダ。鼓索神経の後部を含む。 (Feneis))
