前ツチ骨ヒダAnterior fold of malleus(Plica mallearis anterior)

前ツチ骨ヒダ【ぜんつちこつひだ】 Fold extending from the base of the handle of malleus as far as the anterosuperior portion of the tympanic ring. It contains the anterior portion of the chorda tympani, the anterior process of malleus, and the anterior ligament of malleus.(ツチ骨柄の底部より鼓室輪の後ろ上部へいたるヒダ。鼓索神経の後部を含む。 (Feneis))
