後距腓靱帯；後腓距靱帯【こうきょひじんたい；こうひきょじんたい】 Ligament that originates from the malleolar fossa of the lateral malleolus and inserts on the lateral tubercle of the talus.(後距腓靱帯は外果窩の底から起こり後内方に向かい、距骨後突起の外側結節に着く。)
