頚長筋Longus colli muscle(Musculus longus colli; Musculus longus cervicis)

頚長筋【けいちょうきん】 Muscle consisting of three parts that insert into the anterior longitudinal ligament. Superior lateral portion: o: Anterior tubercles of C5-C2. i: Anterior tubercle of atlas, axis. Medial portion: o: Ventral surfaces of vertebral bodies of T3-C5. i: Ventral surface of vertebral bodies of C3-C1. Inferior lateral portion: o: Vertebral bodies of T1-T3. i: Anterior tubercles of C6-C5. Lateral flexion and rotation of the cervical vertebral column as well as anterior flexion of the cervical vertebral column with bilateral action. I: Cervical and brachial plexuses (C2-C8).(頭長筋と頚長筋はおうおうにして互いの境界が明瞭に定められない。この筋は縦あるいは斜めに走る線維束を持つ複合羽状構造をもつ。筋腹には通常不完全ながら腱画が挿入されている。垂直部の起始は最初の３つの胸椎と最後の３つの頚椎椎体。停止は垂直部は第２，３，４頚椎椎体へ。下傾斜部の起始は最初の３つの胸椎椎体。下傾斜部の停止は第５，６頚椎横突起の前結節。上傾斜部の起始は第３，４，５頚椎の横突起の前結節。上傾斜部の停止は環椎の前結節である。機能として頚椎と頭を屈曲し、かつ回旋の補助をする。一側だけが動けば頚椎を側方に傾ける。神経支配は第２から第８の頚神経前枝。動脈は上項咽頭動脈の前椎骨枝、上行頚動脈および椎骨動脈の筋枝から受ける。)
