臍裂Umbilical fissure(Fissura umbilicalis)

臍裂【せいれつ】 Fissure that runs parallel to the falciform ligament along its left side, and follows behind the fissures for the round ligament and ligamentum venosum. Its course corresponds to the projection of the left hepatic vein and its branches to the surface, forming a boundary between hepatic divisions.(左肝部を鎌状間膜を境として内側区域と外側区域に二分する分類は広く実地臨床上もちいれれており、鋳型標本の観察でも左区域裂（left segmental fissure）として認められる。一方、これを門脈の肝内分枝からみると、この部位は門脈左枝の臍部（pars umbilicalis）に相当し、臍部の右側枝により内側区域が、またその左側枝により外側区域が形成され、前方は肝円索裂、後方は静脈管索裂に相当しており、これらが肝表面での指標となっている。)
