外縦筋層；外層；外筋層（排尿筋の）External longitudinal layer of detrusor(Stratum externum longitudinale )

外縦筋層；外層；外筋層（排尿筋の）【がいじゅうきんそう；がいそう；がいきんそう（はいにょうきんの）】 Outer layer of longitudinal muscle cells in the posterior wall of the urinary bladder that loop around the neck of bladder and urethra from anterior. In the male they form a ca. 1 cm wide preprostatic sphincter muscle before continuing to the prostate and its capsule. In the female the muscle cells extend longitudinally and obliquely into the urethra.
