773_00【Urinary bladder; Bladder膀胱 Vesica urinaria】 Organ located beneath the peritoneum in the lesser pelvis posterior to the pubic symphysis. Its size varies depending on fullness, with the urge to evacuate the bladder occurring at about 350 ml. Even at maximum distension it remains below the level of the navel.
　→(膀胱は腎臓で産生され尿管によって送られる尿を約３５０～５００mlまたはそれ以上を一時的に貯える。平滑筋よりなり弾性に富む尿の貯留器官。膀胱は骨盤腔のもっとも前部にあり、恥骨の後ろに位置する。軽度に充満する時には、四面体を呈し、頂にあたるところを膀胱尖といい、錐体の底部にあたるところを膀胱底と呼ぶ。尖と底との間を膀胱体と呼ぶ。)

773_01【Muscular layer of urinary bladder; Muscular coat of urinary bladder筋層（膀胱の） Tunica muscularis vesicae】 The muscular coat of the urinary bladder mainly consists of interwoven bundles of smooth-muscle cells that conform to the degree of its distension. In the trigone region muscle fibers from the urinary bladder overlap with those of the ureter.
　→(膀胱の筋層は膀胱壁の主部をつくる平滑筋層である。平滑筋は原則的に３層（内縦・中輪・外縦）に配列するが、全体的に網状を呈して３層の区別は必ずしも明瞭ではない。平滑筋は収縮によって膀胱内圧を圧し排尿に与えるので、全体として排尿筋とよばれる。膀胱頚では、筋層の中輪走筋が輪状にとり囲み、膀胱括約筋をつくるといわれたが、このような輪走筋は明らかでなく、膀胱三角の内縦層の平滑筋が膀胱頚から尿道に達している。このような縦走筋が収縮すると、尿道の始部は短くなり、かつその内腔は漏斗状にひろがって、内尿道口が開き尿の排出に与る。膀胱の平滑筋が弛緩すると、縦走筋も弛緩する。同時に膀胱頚にある輪状の弾性線維によって内尿道口は閉ざされるといわれる。)

773_06【Trigone of bladder; Bladder mucosa膀胱三角 Trigonum vesicae】 Triangular area between the openings of the ureters and the exit site of the urethra, with underlying ureter musculature. It is firmly attached to the mucous membrane and hence does not have any folds.

773_10【Circular muscle layer of detrusor輪筋層；輪層；中層；中筋層（排尿筋の） Stratum circulare (Musculus detrusoris vesicae)】 Circular muscle layer ending above the neck of bladder. It does not extend to the internal urethral orifice.

773_11【External longitudinal layer of detrusor外縦筋層；外層；外筋層（排尿筋の） Stratum externum longitudinale cervicis vesicae; Stratum longitudinale externum Musculusdetrusoris vesicae】 Outer layer of longitudinal muscle cells in the posterior wall of the urinary bladder that loop around the neck of bladder and urethra from anterior. In the male they form a ca. 1 cm wide preprostatic sphincter muscle before continuing to the prostate and its capsule. In the female the muscle cells extend longitudinally and obliquely into the urethra.

773_14【Vaginal orifice; Vaginal opening腟口 Ostium vaginae】 Opening of the vagina into the vestibule.
　→(腟口すなわち腟の開口部は外尿道口の約１ｃｍ後方にあり、外尿道口より大きい。大前庭腺の導管は腟口のすぐ外側で、小陰唇との間に開いている。)

773_15【Labium minus; Lesser lip小陰唇 Labium minus pudendi】 Cutaneous fold that is devoid of fat and hair and contains sebaceous glands. It forms the boundary of the vestibule of vagina.
　→(小陰唇は大陰唇の内側にある２つの皮膚とヒダである。皮膚は毛や脂肪を欠き平滑で、粘膜に似ている。陰毛はないが豊富な皮脂腺をもつ扁平なヒダ。成人では小陰唇は大陰唇で被われている。小児では、大陰唇の発達が悪いので、小陰唇の大部分は陰核とともに露出する。後方で左右が連絡する部分に陰唇小体というヒダをつくる。)

773_17【Mucous membrane of bladder; Mucosa of bladder粘膜（膀胱の） Tunica mucosa vesicae】 The mucous membrane is lined with transitional epithelium.
　→(膀胱の粘膜は薄く筋層と疎に結合し、膀胱が空虚で収縮するときには、粘膜に不規則なヒダがみられるが、充満拡張時には、粘膜は伸展しヒダは消失して平滑になる。しかし、膀胱底では、粘膜は筋層と強く結合し、表面は収縮・伸展にかかわらず常に平滑である。この部は三角形状を呈し、膀胱三角(図7-15)といわれる。膀胱三角の底辺は後上方にあり、長さ約4cmで、その左右両端に、尿管が開口する(尿管口)。三角の頂点は前下方にあり、ここから尿道が出る(内尿道口)。左右の尿管口の間には、粘膜ヒダ(尿管間ヒダ)が走る。（解剖学講義）)
