輪筋層；輪層；中層；中筋層（排尿筋の）【りんきんそう；りんそう；ちゅうそう；ちゅうきんそう（はいにょうきんの）】 Circular muscle layer ending above the neck of bladder. It does not extend to the internal urethral orifice.
