直腸膀胱窩【ちょくちょうぼうこうか】 Deepest point in the male peritoneal cavity, located between the urinary bladder and rectum.(男の腹腔で最深部にあたる直腸と膀胱の間の窩。直腸の前にある腹膜の陥凹は一般にダグラス窩Douglas' pouchといわれ、腹膜腔の最低位となり、臨床的に重要である。)
