前腺枝；前枝（上甲状腺動脈の）【ぜんせんし；ぜんし（じょうこうじょうせんどうみゃくの）】 Branch that mainly supplies the anterior portion of the thyroid gland.(上甲状腺動脈の前枝は胸骨甲状筋の深部を通り、外側葉上端の内側に沿って上行し、峡部上縁で対側の動脈枝と吻合する。主に甲状腺の前面に分布する。)
