後腺枝；後枝（上甲状腺動脈の）Posterior glandular branch of superior thyroid artery(Ramus glandularis posterior arteria thyroideae superioris)

後腺枝；後枝（上甲状腺動脈の）【こうせんし；こうし（じょうこうじょうせんどうみゃくの）】 Branch that mainly supplies the upper portion, and to a lesser extent, the posterior portion of the thyroid gland.(上甲状腺動脈の後腺枝は下行して同側の甲状腺頂部に分布し、後縁を下行して下甲状腺動脈と吻合する。)
