背側手根枝（尺骨動脈の）Dorsal carpal branch of ulnar atery(Ramus carpalis dorsalis arteria ulnaris)

背側手根枝（尺骨動脈の）【はいそくしゅこんし（しゃくこつどうみゃくの）】 Branch arising at the level of the pisiform and extending around the wrist to the carpal dorsal arch.(尺骨動脈の背側手根枝は豆状骨の近位で尺骨動脈より分かれ、尺側手根屈筋の下を通って手根の背側に出て、深筋腱の深層を手根骨に沿って進み、背側手根動脈網へ向かう。起始近くでおこる浅枝は、第５中手骨の尺側縁を前進して小指尺側縁への背側枝動脈となる。)
