副半奇静脈Accessory hemi-azygos vein; Superior hemi-azygos vein(Vena hemiazygos accessoria)

副半奇静脈【ふくはんきじょうみゃく】 It receives the fourth through eighth intercostal veins and opens alone or together with the hemi-azygos vein into the azygos vein. It can also receive the first three intercostal veins and, in this case, anastomose with the left brachiocephalic vein.(副半奇静脈は左側で上位６ないし８肋間の静脈血を集めながら、脊柱の左側下行し、第８胸椎の高さで脊柱の前面を横切って奇静脈にそそぐか、あるいはそのまま半奇静脈にそそぐ。発生学的には、左上肋間静脈とともに左後主静脈と主上静脈の上半部に由来する。)
