後外側溝；背外側溝（延髄の）【こうがいそくこう；はいがいそくこう（えんずいの）】 Groove extending anterior to the cuneate fasciculus and ending anterior to the trigeminal tubercle.(延髄の後外側溝は第四脳室外側陥凹にいたる溝。舌咽神経（Ⅸ）、迷走神経（Ⅹ）および副神経（ⅩⅠ）の脳神経根がでる。)
