上髄帆；前髄帆【じょうずいはん；ぜんずいはん】 Layer of white substance stretched between the two cerebellar peduncles. It is fused with the lingula.(上髄帆は両側の上小脳脚の間にある薄い白質板で、第４脳室の上陥凹の被蓋を形成する白質の薄い層。背側は小脳小舌と癒着する。)
