台形体【だいけいたい】 Interwoven, crossing fibers from the two anterior cochlear nuclei. It is part of the auditory pathway.(台形体は橋下位の高さで蝸牛神経腹側核および一部台形体背側核（上オリーブ核）から出て橋被蓋の背側部を横走し対側に向かう線維の総称（もしくはこれらの線維で構成された部位）。これらの線維は交叉の後、前背側方に進み、外側毛帯に加わる。)
