三叉神経脊髄路核；三叉神経脊髄核Spinal nucleus of trigeminal nerve(Nucleus spinalis nervi trigeminalis)

三叉神経脊髄路核；三叉神経脊髄核【さんさしんけいせきずいろかく；さんさしんけいせきずいかく】 Long column of cells in the cervical spinal cord that is bounded rostrally by the principal sensory nucleus, and extends caudally into laminae I-V of the posterior horn of the spinal cord. It constitutes a termination site for protopathic afferents.(三叉神経脊髄路核は三叉神経脊髄路の内側にそってあり、橋の三叉神経根のレベルから第二頚髄まで存在する。三叉神経脊髄路の線維は全域にわたってこの神経核の細胞に終止する。細胞構築上三叉神経脊髄核は①吻側部、②中間部、尾側部に分けられる。)
