Deiters' nucleus前庭神経外側核；外側前庭神経核；ダイテルス核【ぜんていしんけいがいそくかく；がいそくぜんていしんけいかく；だいすてるかく】 Smaller collection of cells near the lateral recess of the rhomboid fossa with projections to the anterior horn of the spinal cord.(前庭神経外側核はダイテルス核ともよばれる。前庭神経核は４つの小核からなるが、その内の外側核をいう。前庭神経外側核は前庭神経が脳幹内に入る高さにあり、巨大型細胞よりなるが、細胞の数および形には部位的差異が認められる。前庭神経の根線維はこの核の腹側部を通る。ドイツの解剖学者Otto Friedrich Karl Deiters (1834-1863)によって記載された。)
