背側核；内側膝状体背側核Dorsal nucleus of medial geniculate body(Nucleus dorsalis corporis geniculati lateralis)

背側核；内側膝状体背側核【はいそくかく；ないそくしつじょうたいはいそくかく】 Nucleus that is comparable to the ventral principal nucleus, sending projections to the anterior portion of the auditory cortex.(内側膝状体背側核は下丘中心周囲核(pericentral nucleus)から起こる投射線維をうける。内側膝状体背側核は側頭平面と上側頭回にある聴覚連合皮質と連絡する。内側膝状体大細胞部は内層毛帯、脊髄視床路などからの側枝を受ける。内側膝状体核大細胞部は聴覚系「殻部」の中継核であるとともに体性感覚性入力などをも受けており、その他の視床非特殊核と同様、大脳皮質Ⅰ層に投射線維を送る。)
