外側枝（胸神経後枝の）Lateral branch of thoracic nerve; Lateral branch of posterior ramus of thoracic nerve (Ramus lateralis ramus posterioris (Nervus thoracici))

外側枝（胸神経の後枝の）【がいそくひし；がいそくし（きょうしんけいのこうしの）】 Motor supply of mainly the longissimus thoracic and iliocostalis. T1-T6 only sometimes give off cutaneous branches. T7-T12 have well-developed cutaneous branches.
