内側皮枝；内側枝（胸神経の後枝の）【ないそくし；ないそくし（きょうしんけいこうしの）】 Branches from Tl-T6 that supply the skin lateral to the spinous processes. T7-T12 usually do not have any cutaneous branches.(胸神経の後枝の内側枝は脊髄神経の最終枝で棘突起付近の皮膚へいたる。)
