腸骨鼡径神経Ilioinguinal nerve(Nervus ilioinguinalis)

腸骨鼡径神経【ちょうこつそけいしんけい】 It usually arises from L1 and emerges at the lateral border of the psoas. It travels between the kidney and quadratus lumborum, then between the transverse abdominal and internal oblique muscles, continuing through the inguinal canal.(腸骨鼡径神経は腸骨下腹神経の下方を、これと平行に走り、筋枝を側副筋に与えたのち精索（女性では子宮円索）とともに、鼡径管を通って鼡径部の皮下に現れ、陰嚢（女性では大陰唇）に分布する（前陰嚢神経または前陰唇神経）。)
