中心窩（黄斑の）Fovea centralis in macula(Fovea centralis)

中心窩（黄斑の）【ちゅうしんか（おうはんの）】 Pit in the macula that is produced by a reduction of upper retinal layers. Its diameter, measured from the beginning of decreasing retinal thickness to the opposite side, is 1-2 mm.(中心窩は血管のない黄斑の中心にあるくぼみ。網膜上部層の減少により生ず。最も分解能のよいところ。直径約1～2mm。黄斑はものを最も明瞭に見ることができる部で、とくに中心窩は視力が最も良く、ここでいる視力を中心視力という。)
