鼻涙管Nasolacrimal duct; Lacrimal ducts(Ductus nasolacrimalis)

鼻涙管【びるいかん】 Duct arising directly from the lacrimal sac. Measuring 1.2-2.4 cm in length, it travels through the nasolacrimal canal and opens into the inferior nasal meatus. Its flattened lumen has a mucosal lining covered with stratified (dual-layered or multilayered) columnar epithelium that in places is ciliated.(鼻涙管は涙嚢より直接に始まり、1.2～2.4cmの長さで、鼻涙管中を通り、下鼻道前上部に開く通路で涙を鼻腔に運ぶ管。その扁平になった管腔はところどころに繊毛をもった２層から重層の円柱上皮ににより被われる。)
